Meeting Announcement
The Global Network for Geospatial Health-GnosisGIS will host the 2nd International Symposium on Geospatial Health in New Orleans, December 5-7, 2008. The theme ‘Advances in Geospatial Health’ will provide a forum on advances in health applications of the geospatial sciences.    
            
The 2-day meeting will include invited plenary papers and concurrent sessions to present results of submitted abstracts. Registration and abstract submission will be accepted online.
              
This meeting and symposium will be held prior to the 57th Annual meeting of the American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, December 7-11, 2008.

Early Registration: May 1, 2008 $100
Student Registration: $25
Late Registration: After October 1, 2008 $125
Abstract submission deadline: October 1, 2008

Registration includes a complimentary 1-year membership in the Global Network for Geospatial Health and the next two issues of the journal ‘Geospatial Health’. The Symposium will be preceded by an International School of Geospatial Health Short Course, December 1-4, 2008.
Venue
